These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AMRAI PR CLUB website, services, offers, memberships, and related communications.

AMRAI PR CLUB is currently operated by Olga Amraie as an individual owner/operator. Business address is available upon request.

By using this website, purchasing a service, joining the membership, submitting materials, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

AMRAI PR CLUB provides done-for-you PR and media placement services, including article writing, editing, PR strategy support, account manager support, and publication placement across online media publications.

Available offers may include:

• Single article purchase
• 10 articles package
• Monthly PR membership
• Other PR, media, event, sponsorship, or collaboration-related services offered on the website

Specific services, pricing, deliverables, and limitations are described on the website and/or in the applicable service agreement.

2. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe or another secure third-party payment processor.

By purchasing a service, you authorize the applicable charge to your selected payment method.

For one-time purchases, you agree to pay the listed one-time price.

For memberships, you agree to recurring monthly billing until you cancel according to the cancellation policy.

AMRAI PR CLUB does not store full payment card details. Payment data is handled by the payment processor.

3. Membership Billing

The AMRAI PR CLUB membership is billed monthly unless otherwise stated.

The current membership offer may include up to 20 articles per month, subject to client cooperation, timely submission of materials, approval timelines, editorial requirements, and publication availability.

Membership cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

4. Client Responsibilities

To complete PR and publication services, the client must provide accurate and timely materials, which may include:

• Name, brand, company, or expert information
• Biography or background details
• Photos or images
• Website and social media links
• Preferred keywords or topics
• Offer, event, product, service, or achievement details
• Approvals and revisions
• Any additional information required for editorial preparation

The client is responsible for ensuring that all submitted materials are truthful, lawful, accurate, and authorized for use.

AMRAI PR CLUB is not responsible for delays caused by missing materials, slow responses, inaccurate information, delayed approvals, or client failure to cooperate.

5. Editorial Process

AMRAI PR CLUB may write, edit, adapt, shorten, expand, reframe, or reposition client-provided information for editorial-style articles.

Publication format, headlines, final edits, publishing schedule, article placement, and editorial presentation may vary depending on the publication, niche, article topic, editorial requirements, and availability.

AMRAI PR CLUB may reject or request changes to materials that are inaccurate, misleading, illegal, prohibited, defamatory, or unsuitable for publication.

6. Publication Guarantee

AMRAI PR CLUB offers a publication guarantee for eligible articles.

If an eligible article does not go live due to an issue caused by AMRAI PR CLUB or its publication process, the client may receive a refund for that specific unpublished article.

The publication guarantee does not apply if publication is delayed, rejected, blocked, or prevented because the client:

• Does not provide required materials
• Provides inaccurate or misleading information
• Delays approvals
• Refuses necessary edits
• Submits prohibited or non-compliant content
• Does not cooperate with the publication process

The guarantee applies only to publication placement. It does not guarantee business outcomes.

7. No Guarantee of Business Results

AMRAI PR CLUB does not guarantee:

• Google rankings
• SEO position
• Search engine indexing speed
• AI assistant recommendations
• Sales
• Leads
• Sponsorship deals
• Influencer collaborations
• Investor interest
• Media virality
• Social media growth
• Becoming famous
• Specific revenue or business results

PR and media placement can support credibility, visibility, backlinks, and authority signals, but results vary based on market conditions, client niche, client activity, competition, search engine behavior, and third-party platforms.

8. Member-Only Bonuses

Membership may include access to selected opportunities such as Los Angeles event invitations, sponsorship opportunities, or California influencer collaboration opportunities.

These opportunities are not guaranteed.

Access depends on availability, relevance, event capacity, brand fit, campaign fit, sponsor goals, and other third-party factors.

AMRAI PR CLUB does not guarantee event access, sponsorship approval, influencer acceptance, collaboration results, or any financial outcome.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on this website.

By purchasing any service, you agree to that policy.

In general, refunds are limited once work has begun, materials have been submitted, account manager support has started, strategy work has begun, or service capacity has been reserved.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, copy, branding, page structure, graphics, design elements, and service materials created by AMRAI PR CLUB are owned by AMRAI PR CLUB or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Client materials remain the property of the client, but by submitting materials, the client grants AMRAI PR CLUB permission to use, edit, adapt, publish, and distribute those materials for the purpose of providing the purchased services.

Once an article is published, publication display, formatting, indexing, archiving, and access may be governed by the publication's own policies.

11. Client Content Warranty

The client represents and warrants that all submitted content:

• Is accurate and truthful
• Does not infringe third-party rights
• Does not violate privacy rights
• Is not defamatory
• Is not illegal or misleading
• Is authorized for use and publication
• Does not include prohibited claims or restricted content

The client agrees to indemnify and hold AMRAI PR CLUB harmless from claims arising from inaccurate, unauthorized, unlawful, or misleading client-provided materials.

12. Third-Party Platforms

AMRAI PR CLUB may use or reference third-party platforms, including Stripe, online publications, analytics providers, email tools, hosting providers, social media platforms, and other service providers.

AMRAI PR CLUB is not responsible for third-party platform outages, delays, policy changes, indexing changes, account issues, or technical problems.

13. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its functionality, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, copy proprietary materials, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

We may restrict or terminate access to the website or services if we believe these Terms have been violated.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMRAI PR CLUB and Olga Amraie are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the website or services.

AMRAI PR CLUB's total liability for any claim related to a purchased service will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
