This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and publication guarantees work for AMRAI PR CLUB services.
AMRAI PR CLUB is currently operated by Olga Amraie as an individual owner/operator.
Because our services require manual work, account manager time, editorial preparation, publication coordination, and reserved service capacity, refunds are limited once work has begun.
1. Single Article Purchase
For a single article purchase, the client may request a refund within 24 hours after payment only if:
- No information has been submitted
- No photos have been submitted
- No links or materials have been submitted
- The article has not been taken into work
- Writing, editing, strategy, or placement preparation has not begun
Once the client submits materials or the article is taken into work, the payment becomes non-refundable.
If the article does not go live due to an issue caused by AMRAI PR CLUB or its publication process, the client may receive a refund for that specific unpublished article.
2. 10 Articles Package
For the 10 Articles Package, the client may request a refund within 24 hours after payment only if:
- No materials have been submitted
- No article has been taken into work
- No strategy, writing, editing, or placement preparation has begun
Once materials are submitted or any part of the package is taken into work, a full refund is no longer available.
If some articles are already written, edited, prepared, submitted, or published, those articles are non-refundable.
If a specific eligible article does not go live due to an issue caused by AMRAI PR CLUB or its publication process, the client may receive a refund for that specific unpublished article.
Refunds do not apply to delays or non-publication caused by the client's failure to provide required materials, approvals, accurate information, usable photos, compliant content, or timely cooperation.
3. Monthly Membership
The monthly membership may be refunded within 48 hours after the initial payment only if:
- No materials have been submitted
- No articles have been taken into work
- No PR strategy work has begun
- No account management work has begun
- No onboarding or service capacity reservation has begun beyond basic payment confirmation
After 48 hours, the current month's membership payment is non-refundable.
Once an account manager has contacted the client, provided instructions, started onboarding, requested materials, prepared strategy, reserved capacity, or started service coordination, the membership month is considered active.
4. Client Non-Response
AMRAI PR CLUB's goal is to help each active member prepare and support up to 20 articles per month.
The client is responsible for providing the information, photos, links, approvals, and cooperation required to complete the work.
If the client does not respond, does not provide materials, delays approvals, ignores the account manager, or chooses not to use the included articles during the paid month, the payment is not refundable.
This is because account manager time, onboarding, instructions, planning, and service capacity are reserved for the client after payment.
5. Membership Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation stops future billing.
Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Already-paid membership periods are non-refundable once onboarding, account manager support, strategy, writing, editing, publication preparation, or service capacity reservation has begun.

6. Publication Guarantee
AMRAI PR CLUB offers a publication guarantee for eligible articles.
If an eligible article does not go live due to an issue caused by AMRAI PR CLUB or its publication process, the client may receive a refund for that specific unpublished article.
This guarantee does not apply when publication is delayed or prevented because the client:
- Fails to provide required information
- Submits inaccurate information
- Provides prohibited or non-compliant content
- Delays approval
- Refuses necessary edits
- Does not provide usable photos
- Does not cooperate with the publication process
- Requests claims that publications cannot approve
7. No Refund for Business Results
Refunds are not provided because of lack of:
- Google ranking
- SEO movement
- Search indexing
- Sales
- Leads
- Sponsor interest
- Influencer interest
- Investor interest
- Social media growth
- Publicity virality
- Personal fame
The service is for article writing, editing, PR support, and publication placement according to the purchased offer.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email:

- Full name
- Email used for purchase
- Service purchased
- Date of payment
- Reason for refund request
- Stripe receipt or payment reference if available
Refund requests will be reviewed according to this policy.
9. Payment Processor Timing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment processor.
Processing times may vary depending on Stripe, banks, card issuers, or payment methods.
AMRAI PR CLUB does not control bank or card issuer processing timelines.
