Service Agreement

This Service Agreement / Offer Agreement (“Agreement”) explains the services provided by AMRAI PR CLUB and the responsibilities of the client.

AMRAI PR CLUB is currently operated by Olga Amraie as an individual owner/operator. Business address is available upon request.

By purchasing a service, joining the membership, submitting materials, or working with AMRAI PR CLUB, the client agrees to this Agreement.

2. Services Offered

AMRAI PR CLUB may offer:

Single Article

A one-time purchase that includes one done-for-you article, writing and editing, publication placement, and up to 3 hyperlinks, subject to publication requirements.

10 Articles Package

A one-time package that includes 10 done-for-you articles, writing and editing, publication placement, and up to 3 hyperlinks per article, subject to publication requirements.

Monthly PR Membership

A recurring monthly membership that may include up to 20 articles per month, up to 3 hyperlinks per article, account manager support, PR strategy support, writing, editing, and publication placement.

3. What Is Included

Depending on the selected offer, services may include:

• Article topic planning
• PR positioning support
• Article writing
• Article editing
• Publication placement
• Up to 3 hyperlinks per article
• SEO keyword direction
• Account manager support
• PR Blueprint or strategy guidance
• Support for using articles in sponsor, influencer, website, social media, or credibility-building efforts

4. What Is Not Included

Unless separately agreed in writing, services do not include:

• Guaranteed Google rankings
• Guaranteed SEO results
• Guaranteed indexing speed
• Guaranteed AI assistant recommendations
• Guaranteed sponsor deals
• Guaranteed influencer collaborations
• Guaranteed sales or leads
• Guaranteed press virality
• Guaranteed celebrity status
• Paid advertising management
• Social media management
• Website development
• Legal review
• Crisis PR
• Reputation removal services
• Financial, legal, medical, or investment advice

5. Client Materials

The client must provide the information required to create and place articles.

Required materials may include:

• Client name
• Brand or company name
• Bio or background
• Photos
• Links
• Website URL
• Social media URLs
• Preferred topics
• Keywords
• Event or product details
• Achievements
• Quotes
• Approvals

Work cannot begin or continue properly without timely client cooperation.

6. Client Approval and Delays

The client agrees to respond to reasonable requests for information, approvals, edits, and confirmations.

If the client delays responses, approvals, or materials, article production and publication timelines may be delayed.

AMRAI PR CLUB is not responsible for delays caused by the client.

7. Editorial Rights

AMRAI PR CLUB may adapt client information into editorial-style articles.

This may include changing structure, tone, headline direction, angle, length, formatting, or wording to match publication standards.

Final publication format may vary.

Publications may make editorial adjustments before or after publishing.

8. Hyperlinks

Each article may include up to 3 hyperlinks to approved client resources.

Possible links include:

• Website
• Landing page
• Social profile
• Offer page
• Event page
• Press page
• Booking page
• Portfolio
• Other approved resources

Link placement, anchor text, and approval may depend on publication guidelines.

9. Publication Timing

Publication timing depends on client material submission, article preparation, approval, editorial availability, and publication schedule.

Unless a specific timeline is agreed in writing, all timelines are estimates.

AMRAI PR CLUB will make reasonable efforts to move articles through the process efficiently.

10. Publication Guarantee

AMRAI PR CLUB offers a publication guarantee for eligible articles.

If an eligible article does not go live due to an issue caused by AMRAI PR CLUB or its publication process, the client may receive a refund for that specific unpublished article.

The guarantee does not apply if publication is prevented by client delay, inaccurate information, prohibited content, lack of materials, delayed approvals, or refusal to cooperate.

11. Membership Capacity

The membership may be limited to 50 active members.

Membership capacity may be reserved after payment.

AMRAI PR CLUB limits membership capacity to protect service quality, account manager support, and publication execution.

12. Member-Only Bonuses

Membership may include selected bonus opportunities such as:

• Invitations to selected Los Angeles events
• Preferred sponsorship opportunities for selected events
• California influencer collaboration opportunities

These are bonus opportunities only.

They are not guaranteed deliverables.

Availability depends on event capacity, relevance, brand fit, campaign fit, sponsor goals, influencer interest, and third-party availability.

13. Payment Terms

The client agrees to pay the price shown at checkout.

Current offers may include:

• Single Article: $250 one-time payment
• 10 Articles Package: $990 one-time payment
• Monthly Membership: $699/month recurring subscription

Prices may change in the future.

Previously purchased services are governed by the price shown at the time of purchase.

14. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

In general:

• Refunds are limited once work begins
• Refunds are not available if the client submits materials and the article is taken into work
• Refunds are not available if the client ignores onboarding or does not use the service
• Refunds may be available for eligible unpublished articles if non-publication is caused by AMRAI PR CLUB

15. Cancellation

Membership clients may cancel before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation stops future billing.

Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.

The current month is non-refundable once onboarding, account management, strategy, writing, editing, publication preparation, or service capacity reservation has begun.

16. Content Restrictions

AMRAI PR CLUB may refuse content involving:

• False or misleading claims
• Illegal activity
• Defamation
• Unauthorized use of third-party names, images, or content
• Prohibited health, legal, financial, or investment claims
• Hate, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Adult, illegal, dangerous, or restricted products
• Content that violates publication standards

If content is rejected for compliance reasons, the client must provide suitable replacement materials.

17. No Business Outcome Guarantee

The client understands that PR and media placement support credibility and visibility but do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

AMRAI PR CLUB does not guarantee revenue, leads, rankings, sponsorships, investor interest, collaborations, virality, or fame.

18. Acceptance

By completing payment, submitting materials, or continuing to work with AMRAI PR CLUB, the client confirms acceptance of this Agreement.
