Overview

Across two years and four seasons in Los Angeles, AMRAI built Fashion Awards into a recurring fashion and cultural platform — bringing together 100+ designers, 1,200 models and more than 5,000 guests, while generating over 50 million views across the project’s media and digital ecosystem.

01The Challenge

Fashion weeks are crowded. Attention is fragmented, and a show alone rarely produces cultural relevance or lasting coverage.

02The Opportunity

Build a platform rather than an event — one that designers, talent, media and audiences could all use to advance their own story.

03The Strategy

Positioning, programming and communications were developed together. Every day of the schedule was designed to produce a distinct media and cultural output.

04What We Built

Show strategy, designer and talent communications, red carpet and VIP planning, influencer and creator strategy, and a content ecosystem built for distribution.

05The Experience

Four seasons of runway, awards, private gatherings and press moments produced across the city, with 100+ designers, 1,200 models and more than 5,000 guests over two years.

06The Impact

Over 50 million views across the project’s media and digital ecosystem.

07Beyond the Campaign

The platform now carries its own equity — designers apply to it, brands partner with it and press plan around it.
